Eligibility Guidelines:

Tenant is responsible for rent payment plus electric and garbage bills. Tenant must pay for and pass criminal and credit background checks and must pay one-third of security deposit up front, which holds the apartment while paperwork is being processed. The following are included in rent payment: water, stove, refrigerator and mini-blinds. Each unit has one full bath and a laundry room is located on the premises.

Eligibility Guidelines:

Rent is income-based @ 30% of adjusted gross household income. Individuals with no source of cash income pay a minimum $50 monthly rent payment. All utilities are included up to a monthly limit, and tenant pays for utility usage over the set monthly limit.

Pet policy: one (1) pet per unit; pet must weigh less than 20 lbs. and must be spayed or neutered if older than 6 months of age. Owner must have current shot records for pet and must pay $150 pet deposit ($75 deposit if tenant is disabled).
